    SHIPPING
    We always offer free shipping for Ukraine and on all orders above 250 EUROS to other countries. The cost of shipping orders below 250 EUROS is 35 EUROS.

     

    We ship worldwide via DHL and Fedex delivery services with delivery confirmation and online tracking.
    Shipping usually takes 5-14 days depending on destination.
    Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods or holidays. We cannot specify the exact time of your delivery, just the possible timeframe.

     

    For international orders:
    In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be borne by the customer and not COVERNUMBERONE. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

    So customers are responsible for all import and customs fees associated with their purchase. We encourage international shoppers to be aware of their country’s fees before purchasing.

    RETURNS

     

    A refund/exchange is offered if you are not satisfied with your purchase, on condition that the returned item is UNUSED, UNWASHED and sent IN THE ORIGINAL PACK in 5 days from receiving the item and only after that you contact the shop so we could provide you the instruction and current address.

    Buyer pays shipping of return. The refund/exchange will be performed immediately after the item has arrived back to us.
    Please pay attention – full refund is offered only for original design – changes in design or length will prevent us of offering full refunding.
    We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet our standards.
    Items returned with damages, without a box, or in a damaged box may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer
